I came to Orthodontic Excellence as a referral, but had already started my Invisalign treatment. I wanted to get a second opinion about my course of treatment from some other provider and something about them just screamed professionals. I made the appointment super quick. I do not believe there was an up front payment like some other offices required. I forget if there was, because the moment I sat down I knew I would do anything to have my case transferred here. They took scans and sat me down and really explained the pros and cons of what was my current treatment plan. Michelle was so kind and understanding of my frustrations, particularly the financial ones, and she truly took the time with me to figure out how to not cost me MORE money.

Deserving of its own line: she even helped me advocate for myself with my other treatment provider. It was extremely professional and that sealed the deal for me.

I am a little less than 12 months into my new treatment with them and they corrected SO much, so much more efficiently than my other provider. They really know their stuff and they have state-of-the-art technology. They also were real with me about the timeline needed for corrections and what I can expect during my new treatment (as much as one can predict everything goes perfectly anyway). The assistants talked me through each appointment and work really quickly, but really well. None of my attachments have fallen off/no aligners have been broken etc. Its been smooth sailing. Even when I do need something, like my refinements, they got me in super quick. They're very reachable by phone as well and overall communicate clearly and treat you like a person. For example, there was one appointment where I was seen late and they were quick to let me know what was going on, give me an ETA, and they were just really attentive. It made that experience just that much better.

I am truly happy with Orthodontic Excellence. I am so happy I took the chance to change providers and every day I look in the mirror I feel more confident in my smile. Based on what others have reported on Reddit for cost, Orthodontic Excellence is also very competitive in that regard.

Such a fantastic orthodontist office. The staff were so sweet. They really made my son feel comfortable and were very focused on making sure his questions were answered. The doctor was also very patient and kind. We look forward to returning.

Friendly and always treat us with love and kindness

The staff here are amazing! Everyone from the providers to the dental assistants to the front desk are always friendly and encouraging, even when things don’t go according to plan. Even through all the chaos the last few years, this has been the best medical/dental office we go to.
